We retain transaction records for five years to comply with Indonesian banking law and support disputes or regulatory inquiries. After that, records are archived securely and deleted per schedule. You can request your transaction export anytime from Settings.

Live dealer sessions are recorded by our casino partners for fraud prevention and dispute resolution only. Recordings are encrypted, access-restricted and deleted after 90 days unless a dispute holds them longer. Chat is logged for security; never for marketing analysis.
